Memorial Boulevard bridge construction backs up traffic, weekend storms may have damaged street lights

Multiple intersections were impacted by Saturday-Sunday night electrical storms, according to a Department of Transportation worker. While the signals are working, they are in “recall” and their suggested timings are not being used.
In particular, the Middle St.-Mountain Rd.-Pine St. intersection has a pedestrian signal being called every cycle which is a 25-second loss to traffic from Mountain Rd.
