100 Years of Fashion at the Bristol Historical Society

Grab your pantaloons, hop in your horse and buggy or Model T (tin Lizzie), and head on down to the Bristol Historical Society (BHS) tonight at 7 p.m. for 100 years of Fashion.

The program, presented by Lisa Doyle-Bell, examines textiles and fashion in Bristol and Connecticut and how Bristol was once a textile town manufacturing knit underwear, crinolines, and stockinettes.

Attendees are encouraged to wear their best vintage clothing (jewelry and hats count).    It’s a night of nostalgia, history, and 100 years of fashion on display.

Admission is free for members and $5 for non-members. Masks are required.
