The final regular 2021 season Farmers Market will take Place this Saturday; Fall Festival Farmers Market will be on Saturday, November 20

The final regular season Farmers Market will take place at Centre Square in downtown Bristol on Saturday, October 30 from 10 am until 1 pm.

Also, the community can safely dispose of their unwanted electronics at the Farmers Market one last time for this year on Saturday. Community volunteers will be on hand from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. to assist with items that are dropped off. Electronics recycling services are being provided by Take2 Secure Electronics Recycling. Items that can be dropped off include: computers, tablets, cell phones, printers, keyboards, computer monitors, laptops, cameras, TVs, and video game consoles. The City of Bristol is planning an additional Fall Festival Farmers Market scheduled for Saturday, November 20 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Centre Square. Save the date and plan to attend to shop for all your Thanksgiving holiday needs along with enjoying the food trucks and free musical entertainment.

Santa and his Helper are also scheduled to make an appearance and will be handing out free treats. To

“We invite the community to purchase all their Thanksgiving holiday dinner needs as well as to start their holiday shopping at this market,” stated Dawn Nielsen, City of Bristol Marketing & Public Relations Specialist. “This Fall Festival Farmers Market right before the Thanksgiving holiday has become a popular event since it began over three years ago and we are happy to bring it back again this year for the community to enjoy.”

ADA accessible parking spaces are available in the new City parking lot and golf cart transportation to the entrance of the market will be available for anyone who may need it. Additional parking is also available at the Bristol Health Medical Center with access from Hope Street and in the empty parking lot
across the street from City Hall.


In addition to being an authorized SNAP/EBT farmers market, the City of Bristol Farmers Market is recognized by the Connecticut Department of Agriculture as accepting payment vouchers from the Women, Infants, and Children Farmers Market Nutrition Program and Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program. All participating farms are certified by the Connecticut Department of Agriculture.
