Bristol PD seeking information about Vincent Road incident involving suspicious vehicle

Bristol Police are seeking any information relating to an incident that occurred on Friday, Oct. 13 around 9 p.m. in the vicinity of Vincent Road.

The incident, according a release from the Bristol Police Dept., involved a resident who, while walking their dog, spotted an unfamiliar person in a neighbor’s driveway in the area of 100 Vincent Rd.

As the resident approached, the person returned to vehicle which quickly drove away at a high rate of speed towards the dead end of Vincent Road, reached the dead end, backed over a lawn and headed back to the resident at a high rate of speed.

The resident, who was carrying a legally owned and possessed firearm, fearing for their life, fired a single gunshot at vehicle. No injuries were reported and no arrests have been made.

The Police Dept. is asking for the public to view a video (see below for the video clip) of the suspect vehicle, which is described as a white or light-colored mid-sized SUV.
