HOLISTIC BENEFIT EXPO at DoubleTree by Hilton to be held on Oct. 16

The Passport to Health & Wellness Expo will be held Sunday, Oct. 16 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The Bristol DoubleTree by Hilton, 42 Century Drive.

The Benefit Expo is presented by the Holistic Community Professionals and will feature speakers on the half hour and a Keynote speaker at 1 p.m.

There will be more than 75 vendors and readers, and free raffles all day with a grand prize of a Hilton overnight stay with breakfast for two.

There will also be a free sound healing closing ceremony from 4 to 5 p.m. on the patio with
Fred Maerkle of Zentastic Wellness, a Founding Member of The Holistic Community Professionals.

Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with vendors and exhibitors to learn about available resources to help promote healthy living and overall well-being.

A keynote speaker and speakers on multiple topics are scheduled during the day.

All door proceeds will be distributed to two non-profits, the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center and The Debbie Bator Memorial Fund. All funds will be used directly for patient care and will be matched to the maximum allowed by the grants for each organization.

All TBE readers, supporters and donors

The Bristol Edition will be limiting the number of stories non-members and free readers may access each week. This decision is based on our financial projections and, most certainly, to remind people that TBE is serious about providing accurate, timely and thorough reporting for Bristol. To do this we have devised a financial support structure that makes unlimited access extremely affordable, beginning with a $6 monthly donation.

  • Non-members will be able to access eight (8) articles per week.
  • Free readers and people who have subscribed by email will be able to access eight (8) articles per week.
  • Donors and financial supporters will have unlimited access as long as they log in.

Note: Donors may have to contact TBE if they find they are being limited, since we will need to set up a membership account for you. Email editor@bristoledition.org for instructions. Sorry for any inconvenience. People with financial difficulties may write editor@bristoledition.org to be considered for free access.
