Grace (Usher) Cloutier, 88

Grace (Usher) Cloutier, 88, of Bristol, widow of Eli Cloutier, died on Christmas Day 2023 at John Dempsey Hospital, Farmington.

Grace was born in Bristol on April 24, 1935, and was one of 13 children of the late Olin and Helen Mae (Gorman) Usher. A longtime Bristol resident, she worked for Dabko Industries and Kip/IMI Corporation. She loved to play bingo and do puzzles and circle words. She was known to be a jokester.

Grace is survived by five children: Charlene Cooper of Bristol; Donna Kehoe and her husband, Richard of East Hartford, Jeff Cloutier and his wife Erin of Mt. Gilead, N.C., Michael Cloutier of Bristol, and Eddie Cloutier and his wife, Tracy of Wadesboro, N.C.; a brother: Ronald Usher of Plymouth; two sisters: Carol Parenti of Wolcott and Hazel Wilson of Holiday, Fla.; six grandchildren: Christopher Azukas, Abby Kehoe, Ember Cloutier, Tom Cloutier, McKenna Cloutier, and Jessica Rich; two great-grandchildren:  Alex and Lizzy Azukas; a great-great-grandchild: Violet Azukas; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 30, at 10 a.m. at Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Ave., Bristol. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol. Relatives and friends may call at Funk Funeral Home on Saturday between 9 and 10 a.m.
