Our beautiful week continues.

Sunny. High in the mid 60’s. Northwest winds at around 5 m.p.h. Becoming Southwest in the afternoon.

The Oscar for best picture in 1929 went to Wings. It also was the first movie TBE founder Dave Fortier ever saw in a theatre. He was 5-years-old at the time.

Things to do today

It is always a good idea to brush your teeth.

For an interesting evening, try going to The Bristol Historical Society for a presentation on the History of the Purple Heart, beginning at 7 p.m.

Sports fans can head to Muzzy Field for a high school baseball doubleheader. Bristol Central plays at 3:45 p.m., followed by Bristol Eastern at 6:30 p.m.

All vampires can start partying at 8:08 p.m. — sunset today.
