Russell Andrew Wentland, 74

Russell Andrew Wentland, 74, of Bristol, passed away on Tuesday, June 20. He was born April 15, 1949, in Bristol, son of the late Andrew and Elsie (Kleister) Wentland.

Russell was the loving husband of Kathleen (Dobbins) Wentland for 34 years. He was a firefighter for Bristol for 30 years. After retirement, he enjoyed fishing and spending his winters in Murrells Inlet, S.C., with his wife. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and his dear friend Kimberly Bleau.

Besides his wife, Kathy, Russell is survived by his daughter Meredith O’Toole and her children Ryan O’Toole and Bria A. Kelley; brother Peter Wentland and his wife Sandra and several nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his daughter Marci Wentland and brother Michael Wentland.

Services were held privately.
