Bristol Police reported that on Tuesday, 1/11/22, Farmington Police received a report of a shooting near the intersection of Camp Street and Route 6. Farmington PD responded to the scene. It was soon determined that the incident occurred within the City of Bristol.

Members of the Bristol Police Department Patrol and Criminal Investigation Divisions responded to the scene to assume the investigation.

One male was struck and is being treated at an area hospital for apparent non-life threatening injuries. The incident is under investigation.
