Peggy A. (Hagan) Lodovico, 89

Peggy A. (Hagan) Lodovico, 89, widow of James J. Lodovico, died on Thursday, Aug. 3, at Sheriden Woods Health Care. 

Peggy was born in Ellsworth, Maine, on April 27, 1934, and was a daughter of the late Dennis and Louise Hagan.  She came to Bristol at an early age where she graduated from Bristol High School. 

She was retired from Bussman’s Manufacturing and attended St. Gregory the Great Church in Bristol. She enjoyed following horse races, trips to the casino, and playing bingo at the home. 

Peggy is survived by five children: Mary Savino of Terryville, Toni Cioto of Whitinsville, Mass., Louise Delegan of Middletown, Ida Clark and husband, Todd of Bristol, and Dennis Lodovico of Middletown; daughter-in-law: Jennifer Lodovico of New Hartford; a sister: Lelia Grey of Ellsworth, Maine; seven grandchildren: Melissa Cabiya, Nicolas Savino, Michelle Barzaga, Ashley Kidd, Taylor Clark, Joseph Lodovico, Nicole Lodovico; five great-grandchildren: several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son: Vincent Lodovico. 

Relatives and friends may call at Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Ave., Bristol, on Tuesday, Aug. 8, between 5 and 7 p.m. Funeral and burial will be private.
